Hawzah News Agency- He denounced the Israeli Navy’s seizure of the relief ships and arrest of aid workers as a direct assault on Palestinians and a challenge to global conscience. “This action sends a clear message that Israel rejects human rights, international law, and moral values, reflecting a colonialist and hegemonic attitude with no justification,” he stated.
Siddiqui also criticized the US-backed “Gaza Peace” plan, calling it a scheme aimed at depriving Palestinians of freedom and self-determination, while consolidating Israeli occupation. He emphasized that Jamaat-e-Islami fully rejects the plan and will stand by the Palestinian people under all circumstances.
The Ameer called on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights organizations to act swiftly, release the detained personnel, and ensure aid reaches the people of Gaza. He warned: “If world powers fail to fulfill their moral and human responsibilities, history will consider them partners in oppression. The rights of the Palestinian people are a red line, and Jamaat-e-Islami will continue to raise its voice against Zionist oppression in all forums.”
